A nationwide shortage of keypads for the Amanzi Prepaid Water Meters has led to concerned consumers trying every avenue for replacement keypads. The black UIU with replaceable batteries has been on backorder for 4 weeks and is only expected to be fulfilled at the end off August 2024.

In a letter from the factory, the CEO wrote:
