Returns<\/strong><\/p>\n 1. Product Condition: All returned electrical goods must be in their original condition and packaging, accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. This includes intact seals, tags, and accessories.<\/p>\n 2. Return Period: Customers are eligible to request a return within 30 days from the date of purchase. Beyond this period, we are unable to accept returns unless the product is covered under a manufacturer’s warranty.<\/p>\n 3. Return Process: To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package being returned.<\/p>\n 4. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.<\/p>\n Refunds<\/strong><\/p>\n 1. Eligibility: Refunds will be processed for returned items that meet the criteria outlined in the “Returns” section above.<\/p>\n 2.
